This course aim to discuss micronutrients (vitamins and mineral), water and electrolytes, chemistry, classification, metabolism, functions, deficiency disorders, sources, requirements and toxicity of vitamins and minerals, Dietary Reference Intakes, energy metabolism and balance, weight control and physical fitness.
