Physiotherapy in intensive care examines the role of physiotherapy in managing patients who are critically ill. patients who need one or more organs support are usually managed in intensive care unit which is a specialized place in the hospital dedicated to care of critically ill patients. these patients range from patients with cardiopulmonary conditions to neurological cases to Renal and other categories.
important thing to note is the fact that this patients usually need close monitoring and  or one or more organs support.
