This is a build up on the previous exposure to Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery and a consolidation of all that the students have learnt in preparation for their final examinations and the practice of surgery following graduation.
Students will be expected to master the clerking and diagnoses of common conditions, resuscitation of trauma patients, management of common orthopaedic conditions, the use of various basic instruments and simple interventions and procedures.
